Here at Saigon Sally, our Head Chef Adrian Li’s contemporary Asian cuisine is an effervescent melange of Vietnamese staples, finessed with classical techniques. Drawing on Li’s pan-Asian heritage, our mischievous dishes are elegantly playful, with a hint of nostalgia.
